Sale to the Bosox per Rosenthal; Moncada + Koepsh and 2 other pieces coming our way.

I'm dissapointed. I think Moncada is a massive project. prefered the polished bat of Andrew B.

Neither are showing up on any of the lists i visit.

Diaz is a 22 year old P in Single A

Basabe is a 20 year old advanced A CF

Puke. No Benintendi or bergman. Project that cant hit a breaking ball in Moncada... Kopech and 2 no names.

He also walks at a 12~15% clip. .395 minor league OBP.

He's also 21.

I grasp that he is young... but did ya guys see him in his cup of joe in September? he was terrrrrrible. All tools no baseball sense.

Not disagreeing that he looked like poop... but he's 21, walks at a good rate, and has good power.

One evaluator on the group of prospects the White Sox got from Boston: "No way anyone else was close to that offer."

Consensus around baseball seems to think White Sox did really, really well.

I'm just saying... if you give up sale... get atleast ONE Major league hitter that can hit a breaking ball... like a Bergman or a Benintendi.

I hope the kid has a bigger frame than what his measurable say at 6' and 160. That's mighty thin. He needs about 20 lbs of upper body, but at 21 I suppose he is capable of gaining some upper body strength.

You've lobbied for six months or more for the White Sox to trade Chris Sale and now you're not happy on what they got in return.

Brett Lawrie or Tyler Saladino. Matt Davidson is also still on their 40-man roster so he's a possibility to start there. Especially if they "back up the truck" and unload some more of their better players.

Or maybe they sign free agent Justin Turner and lose their 1st round pick (#12 overall) in the upcoming June draft.
