Oh yeah, Sophist, there were a few things that didn't make sense about the movie.  I had to force the suspension of belief a couple times.  Still enjoyed it.

I do wonder if, in about 10 years, it will be as painful to watch Kevin Spacey act as it is to watch Jack Nicholson now.    I enjoy Spacey right now, but I can see his acting evolving into a gross caricature, a la Nicholson.
