Chess Records has put out (it's been out I guess) a DVD titled Muddy Waters Classic Concerts.  There are three concerts on the DVD -- Newport Jazz Festival 1960, Copenhagen Jazz Festival 1968, and Molde Jazz Festival 1977.  I was BLOWN AWAY by the Newport concert.  Fifty-one years ago and the music is as fresh and sweet as anything you could possible hear.  What a genius this guy was (is really, the music will never die), and what charisma on stage.
