I take it that we are continuing our drive to the basement of the AL Central.

Since returning from an April 6 appendectomy that forced him to miss six games, Dunn is 2-for-23 (.087) with 14 strikeouts in six games. He has struck out three times in each of his last two games played.

That deserves some Karma points...

I wish they had that feature here.

Pretty sure this was done because it was becoming clear that BlackSox would wantonly abuse this feature.

Is there anything that BlackSox doesn't wantonly abuse?

The Rios deal is an albatross right now.  He's probably the worst player on the team.

I have a few other candidates in mind

I'm wondering if we can't package Teahen, Lillibridge, Rios, Thornton and maybe one or two more for five or six lower-level, highly regarded prospects in some other org.

not unless we're willing to throw in 60-70 million.

I'm hoping Gardner keeps failing in Nyy. they might take Rios off our hands... we've had a certain lvl of success dumping contracts on the yanks.

If we're out of it, i'd LOVE to see us trade MB or Jackson to NYY for Montero. shoot they can have both for Montero/Nova/Betances/noesi.

I'd be interested in taking a look at the Red Sox forums about a dozen or so games into the season. I'm sure they'd be just as wussed-out and whiny and resigned as this one.

No, no, we're more wussed-out and whiny than anyone.  We're the best at that, dammit.

Do it Jeter and then come back and report back to us and let us know how we compare.

Hmm, is Sons of Sam Horn considered a good one for that? That's the one I always hear about. It's probably the WSI equivalent.

Did they fire a coach yet?  You know, to "spark the team".

George Carlin's "Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television": "shit", "piss", "fuck", "cunt", "cocksucker", "motherfucker", and "tits".
