Charlotte won 6-4, Marquez pitched a nice 7 innings. Carter got the save. DeAza sparked the offense again, he is off to a good start.

Birmingham came back to win 6-5. Leesman with a real bad outing. Bullpen pitched 8 shutout innings, Infante with the save. Phegley hit a 3-run homer to tie it in the 9th, he hit another homer to win it in the 11th.

Winston-Salem lost 7-6.Santiago with a lousy start after being staked to a 3-0 lead. Mitchell had 2 hits, including a triple. and had 2 RBI, Wilkins has 2 hits including his 2nd homer, he is coming around real well and skipped Kanny level. Martinez is just raking after 2 years of being hurt.

Kannapolis won 4-1, nice start for Heidenreich. Wilson and Shoemaker stay hot.
