Grace was stopped by Scottsdale police at 64th Street and Cochise Road shortly after 1 a.m. on May 30 when the 46-year-old made a wide right turn, according to the report. Police also saw Grace weave within the lane.
Grace did not have his wallet or driver's license with him at the time of his arrest, and he also admitted to "having a few drinks," police told the Republic.
Grace was arrested on suspecting of driving with a blood-alcohol level of more than 0.08 percent, the legal limit in Arizona, and being DUI-impaired, according to the report.
Grace, a three-time All-Star, played 16 Major League seasons with the Cubs and D-backs. He retired from baseball in 2003 and has since been a TV color commentator for the D-backs and FOX.
