I'm not sure I follow some of this. Pretty sure SoxRule is referring to Rios when mentioning teams desperate for a bat. I'd think they could find something better elsewhere (local pony league teams), but you never know.

Beyond Rios, I don't get ANY talk of moving Quentin. Isn't it the White Sox who are also desperate for offense? And there's interest in moving a guy with 62 RBI; an OBP of .353; OPS of .863; OPS of .825 2 outs, RISP; and an OPS of .927 late & close?

If the Sox get blown out of the race over the next 2 series, I can see it, but other than that, not so much.

Quentin would yield a lot, depending on whether or not your name is Wshfl.

The idea I think is for Viciedo to step right in.

The other side of the coin also is the thought, "could this offense POSSIBLY get worse?"  I'm not sure we know the answer to that one.
